Refund policy

Any complaints can be emailed to tammy@ngakurifarm.co.nz or a customer query form can be filled out on the website pages. All complaints, or suggestions will be read, and responded to within a week. 

Returns of damaged product are not required, however any refunds will only be issued after photographic proof of damage is provided to Hahana Fruit. It is unfortunately a reality that some courier drivers take less than ideal care of our packages, and we are always working on ways to improve our packaging to provide a higher level of fruit security and protection. Any complaints regarding fruit quality on arrival should be received by Hahana Management within 3 days of arrival.
